A special meeting of Shawnee Community College District No. 531 Decennial Committee was held September 7, 2023 in the River Room and via Zoom. The meeting was called to order by Dr. Tim Taylor at 5:37 pm.

A motion was made by Dr. Maginel and seconded by James Darden to approve the Agenda and Addendums as presented. All members approved and the motion carried. |

VII. Consideration for New Members
There were no additional, specific members suggested. James Darden noted reaching out to the Business & Industry Community.
VIII. Review of the Labor Market Data
Dr. Teske presented on the Labor Market Data Analysis. By recognizing our local economic growth, the College can develop pathways to supply employers with employees.
By identifying prescribed pathways within each of our district High Schools, the College can work to accelerate completion, leading students to graduate with an Associates within one year.
