Ewing Northern Community Consolidated School District 115 Board of Education met March 18.

Approval of Consent Agenda.

A. Approve The Minutes of the Regular Meeting on February 26, 2024.

B. Approval to Pay Bills.

C. Accept The Treasurer’s Report.

New Business:

6. Motion to hold school on the following holidays: Birthday of President Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, and Casimir Pulaski. (District will be in attendance on Pulaski Day, Monday, March 3, 2025.) The District will observe Presidents’ Day on February 17, 2025, for the 2024-2025 school year.

7. Motion regarding school lunch prices based on required expectations of the State Board of Education and USDA.

8. Initial discussion regarding summer projects.

9. Discussion regarding sports policy, uniforms, and staff for the 2024-2025 school year.

Executive Session to Discuss:

A. The appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity. 5 ILCS 120/2©(1), as amended by P.A. 93-005

10. Motion to grant tenure.
