d) Public Hearing and Consideration of Case 2024-05 regarding requested Zoning Variance (Aux Sable Ridge Duplexes)
• Reduce required side-yard setbacks from 7.5 feet to 5 feet
• Reduce minimum lot sizes from 12,000 ft2 to 10,790 ft2
• Reduce gross minimum lot area/unit from 6,000 ft2 to 5,395
