VISITORS PRESENT: Steve Downen (Via Google Meet) - Greg Brown
FGM Architects provided three phase one options with budgets to consider for the new addition. They also advised us to decide on the final details of the work such as interiors and materials that might be used to a bid package could be more accurate and the budget could be closer to our target.
