Woodlawn Unit School District 209 Board of Education met May 30.

A special board meeting was held on May 30, 2024 at Woodlawn Grade School. The meeting was called to order by Jeff Burkett at 4:00 pm. Roll Call was taken with the above members present. Also Present: Eric Helbig,

Visitor Communication: None

A motion as made by Michele Chesnek and seconded by Kyle Ritchey to approve the bid from Shores Builder including alternates 1 and 2 for a total amount of $367,500.00 for kindergarten renovations and other projects.

All members present voted yes by a roll call vote.

Motion carried.

A motion was made by Chase Phelps and seconded by Michlee Chesnek to approve the insurance renewal with ICRMT for FY 25 in the amount of $76,524.00. All members present voted yes by a roll call vote.

Motion carried.

A motion as made by Kyle Ritchey and seconded by Chad Phelps to adjourn at 4:41 p.m. Members voted: Jeff Burkett, yes; Chase Phelps, yes; Michele Chesnek, yes; Chad Phelps, yes; Kyle Ritchey, yes
