Presentation of tax levy.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Klingler to adjourn at 6:29 P.M. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Lamke, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Kash to approve the consent agenda. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Lamke, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Klingler to approve the FY2025 Tax Levy as presented. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Lamke, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Future solar project presentation tabled. No action taken.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Klingler to approve the Board Resolution to support Vision 2030. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Lamke, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Klingler to approve Cardiac Emergency Response plan. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Lamke, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Osborn, Seconded by Kash to approve the 2024-2025 E-Learning Plan. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Lamke, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Discussion regarding E-Sports season stipend. No action taken.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Lamke to approve 3 additional HVAC Units for the High School Classrooms to be installed as needed, not to exceed $15,000, not including electrical. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Lamke, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Klinger, Seconded by Anderson to opt out of college career pathways endorsement. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Lamke, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
