On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Mount Vernon Township High School standout Roman Harrison’s current college team, the Quincy Hawks, won 6-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters.
The game took place at Lamar Hennon Field. This was their third matchup against the Railsplitters this season.
The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 6 p.m. at UT Baseball Field against Tampa Spartans.
