Review and Approve 3-year agreement with Lawnscape at $275 per week

Approve a quote from B&S Sealcoating and Striping to recoat the asphalt parking lot and drives at a cost of $27,800 with 50% to be paid from FY26 School Maintenance grant.

Approve the grade school window project with Mt. Vernon Glass at a cost of $20,508 with 50% being paid from FY26 School Maintenance grant.

Approve the high school window project with Mt. Vernon Glass at a cost of $34,991 with 50% being paid from FY26 School Maintenance grant.

Consider a request from Youth and Government to cover the remaining cost of $700 and the overnight stay for their annual trip to Springfield.

Consider the approval of JH Track Uniforms-at a cost of $20 per jersey for 30 jerseys from Lees Sports.

Approve the purchase of JH Girls Basketball practice jerseys (25) and Backpacks (25) at a cost to the district of $998.75 from Lees Sports with the booster club covering the additional $1000 in cost.

Approve the 2026-27 School Calendar

Approve the upgrade of the grade school intercom system from XT Solutions at a cost of $19,200 to be paid from the SRSA grant.

Approve the upgrade of the high school intercom system from XT Solutions at a cost of $10,100 to be paid from the SRSA grant.
