Michigan Department of Agriculture & Rural Development - MDARD is accepting applications from rural communities and regions for technical assistance to implement economic development planning projects. Rural communities of 50,000 or fewer people are eligible to apply by April 5. Contact RD.Innovation@osec.usda.gov to apply.
