City of Mt. Vernon issued the following announcement on March 6.
The Jefferson County Historical Society will host a spring quarterly dinner and program. The program will be presented by Sid Milliner. The topic will be: Who's Who in Jefferson County History. Pre-registration by March 8th is required. Cost is $8 and may be paid at the door. For more information call (618) 246-0033.
