How did Nancy Hobbs spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Nancy Hobbs's election campaign committee, Nancy Hobbs for Franklin County Circuit Clerk, spent $10,219 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Hobbs's committee spent the most on mailing in the quarter, with 63.7% of this total ($3,008) going to Postmaster in West Frankfort. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Hobbs's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
