How did Gary Forby spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Gary Forby's election campaign committee, Gary Forby Campaign Fund, spent $14,062 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Forby's committee spent the most on contributions in the quarter, with 60% of this total ($3,000) going to Committee to Elect Jason Ashmore in Sesser. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Forby's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
