How did Jeff Bullard spend campaign funds in the second quarter?

Republican Jeff Bullard's election campaign committee, Friends of Jeff Bullard, spent $7,305 in the second quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Bullard's committee spent the most on principal payment, bullard in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,700) going to Jeff Bullard in Woodlawn. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Bullard's committee spent its money in the second quarter.
