There was one offender released on parole during the second quarter living near Illinois zip code 62872, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by North Egypt News.

The data shows that the man was released in the Stateville zip code. The 48-year-old parolee was a veteran.

He was sentenced to 3 years in prison for a crime involving drugs in 2015 when he was 43 years old.
