b. Approve the purchase of 8, 30” and 12, 24” storage cabinets for the 2nd through 5th grade classrooms from Lowes, Mount Vernon, IL at a cost of $2,616.00.
c. Approve the purchase and installation of a compass rose into the tile in the north/south hallway from Richardet Floor Covering, Perryville, MO in the amount of $648.00.
d. Approve the permanent transfer of funds from the Working Cash Fund to the Building Fund in the amount of $3,264.00 for capital outlay expenses.
e. Approve the 2019-2020 Student-Parent Handbook.
f. Approve the Rome Grade School Athletics Procedure 2019-2020 handbook
g. Approve the District Goals as established as a result of the June 10, 2019, board retreat.
h. Approve the purchase of 300 student planners/handbooks from Meridian Student Planners, Sedalia, MO at a cost of $1,512.45.
i. Adopt the resolution re-employing instructional support staff for the 2019-2020 school year.
j. Adjourn to closed session to consider the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, or potential legal matters.
k. Approve a Girls’ Basketball Coach for the 2019-2020 school year.
l. Approve a Girls’ Basketball Assistant Coach for the 2019-2020 school year.
m. Approve a Boys’ Basketball Coach for the 2019-2020 school year.
