July 28th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm Arsenal Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be offering a Free Womens Self Defense Seminar! We fully intend on doing these Quarterly as a public Service our community and the surrounding area. This is a great opportunity for families and friends to learn together!
