A regular board meeting was held on November 25, 2019 at the high school. called to order by Scott Owens at 6:00 pm. Roll Call was taken with the above members present. Also Present: Eric Helbig, Sandra Kabat, Sara Hays,

A motion was made by Leslie Knox and seconded by Jeff Burkett to approve consent agenda items as presented.
All members present voted yes by a roll call vote.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Steve Danner and seconded by Dianne Fritschle to go into closed session at 6:04 p.m. for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity (5 ILCS 120/2 © (1) and Collective negotiating matters between the District and its employees or their representatives or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees. (5 ILCS 120/2 ©, (2)).

A motion was made by Michele Chesnek and seconded by Dianne Fritschle to approve the Annual Financial Report for fiscal year 2019 as presented.
All members present voted yes by a roll call vote.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Steve Danner and seconded by Jeff Burkett to approve the grade school principal contract of Sandra Kabat for the school year 2020-2021 at a salary increase of 5%.
All members present voted yes by a roll call vote.
Motion carried.
A motion was made by Dianne Fritschle and seconded by Michele Chesnek to approve the tentative tax levy as presented.
All members present voted yes by a roll call vote.

A motion was made by Leslie Knox and seconded by Chad Phelps to approve the grade school handbook changes first reading.
