The Board of Education of the Benton Consolidated High School District #103 met in Special Session Thursday, January 23, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. in the District Board Room. Mark Minor, President, called the meeting to order.
Opening Prayer was led by Mark Dyel. Shane Cockrum led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Board members present: Mark Minor, President; Robin LaBuwi, Vice-President; Mitch Bennett, Secretary; Shane Cockrum and Mark Dyel. Board members absent: Mark Franklin and Kenny Irvin.
Others present: Benjamin Johnson, Superintendent.
4. COMMENTS FROM VISITORS
Mark Franklin arrived at 5:23 P.M.
5. NEW BUSINESS
5.1 Review/Approve Project Specifications and Authorize Notice to Let Bids Shane Cockrum made a motion to approve the project specification for the property east of the school with changes as noted and authorize the administration to give notice of the invitation to let bids for the project. Mark Franklin seconded the motion. Upon a roll call vote, all members present voted yes. Motion carried.

7. ADJOURNMENT Mitch Bennett made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 P.M. Mark Franklin seconded the motion. Upon a roll call vote, all members present voted yes. Motion carried.
