Franklin County issued the following announcement on April 3.
The County of Franklin, Illinois is accepting bids for the Abatement of the existing Franklin County Courthouse, located at 100 Public Square, Benton, IL 62812. Bids are due on 4/24/2020 by 2:00pm. A pre-bid walk through will be held on 4/9/2020 at 11 a.m. at the Franklin County Courthouse.
