City of Mt. Vernon issued the following announcement on April 30.
If you have recently moved into a new home or residence, count yourself at your new address ONLY if you will be moved in by April 1, 2020. If you are currently renting, still respond to the Census where you are residing! And don’t forget to include all family members and roommates living with you.
