Executive Session
Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Waltonville High School Agriculture Room.
Present: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris and Walker.
Motion by Banach, Seconded by Walker at 6:33 p.m. to go into closed session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. Yea: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris and Walker. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Motion by Devor, Seconded by Walker to come out of closed session at 9:54 p.m. Yea: Banach, Devor, Eastham, Frick, Norris and Walker. Nay: None. Motion carried.
