Regular Board meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. Present: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve the minutes of the Regular Board meeting for November 19, 2020. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve the closed session minutes of the November 19, 2020. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve semi-annual review of closed session minutes for January 24, 2019, February 28,2019, March 28, 2019, April 25, 2019, May 23, 2019, June 20,2019, to keep all minutes confidential and destroy all verbatim records. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to approve the Treasurers report and the additional bills of $6,983.07. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.

Oath of Office for new board member Tusday Fassett.
Motion by Banach, Seconded by Anderson, to appoint Tusday Fasett to serve as the FJSPED Governing Board member for the 2020-2021 school year. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Eastham, Seconded by Walker, to approve the 2020 Tax Levy payable in 2021. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Fassett, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Discussion of lockers for Grade School, tabled until January 2021 meeting.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to go into closed session at 7:00 P.M. for the purpose of the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. 5 ILCS 120/2 (C) (1). Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Fassett, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Walker, to go into open session at 7:59 P.M. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Fassett, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Eastham, Seconded by Anderson, to accept Lawnscape, John Kiselewski, Bid for 2021-2022 school year, $275.00 per mow to include ball fields. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Fassett, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Walker, Seconded by Anderson, to pay substitute teachers $90.00 a day effective January 1, 2021. Yea: Anderson, Banach, Eastham, Fassett, Frick, Norris, and Walker. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
