City of Zeigler issued the following announcement on May. 7.
It's Hit A Thon time and our kiddos will be out and about gaining pledges!! What's a Hit A Thon? The players will be asking for pledges and on the day of the Hit A Thon you are welcome to attend! They can obtain per hit pledges or a single lump sum. Kids will have 25 swings (pitched by coach) to amp up those per hit pledges! Each team will be designating a day in which their Hit A Thon will be taking place in the next couple weeks and we will post them all here! This is a super fun, hands on and kid-approved way to support ZYP! Don't know a player? You can reach out to ZYP or contact one of our AWESOME coaches!! (Tagged in comments!)
