Regular board meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. Present: Anderson, Fassett, Klingler, Schaefer, Smith, and Norris. Absent: Banach.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Smith, to go into executive session at 6:30 P.M. for the purpose of the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Schaefer, to approve increase in pay of non-certified staff per spreadsheet. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Schaefer, to approve the 4 year contract extension for Andrew Dagner, Grade School Principal. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Schaefer, Seconded by Smith, to approve an increase of 3.3% raise for the District Assistant Principal, Garrett Wingo. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
