Waltonville Community Unit School District #1 Board of Education met Nov. 23.
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
Meeting called to order at 6:30p.m. in the Waltonville High School Agriculture Room. Present: Anderson, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Absent: Banach.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Klinler at 6:30 P.M. to go into closed session for the purpose of discussing the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of specific employees, specific individuals who serve as independent contractors, or specific volunteers of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee, a specific individual who serves as an independent contractor, or a volunteer of the District or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity, and student discipline. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Klingler, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith. Nay: None. Motion carried.
Klingler left the meeting at 7:20 P.M.
Motion by Smith, Seconded by Fassett to come out of closed session at 7:16 P.M. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Norris, Schaefer, and Smith.. Nay: None. Motion carried.
