Rend Lake College Warriors have landed another sharp shooter for its archery team.
Multiple state champion Morgan Pearce from Norris City-Omaha-Enfield School, recently signed his letter of intent to shoot for the Warriors next season.
Pearce shoots in the Bowhunter division, making him a great fit with the rest of the pin shooters as the Warriors aim to compete at the highest level.
"Morgan has been shooting competitive archery for several years,” Warriors Head Coach Donnie Millenbine said. “He has been crowned S3DA state champion a number of times. He excels in both indoor and 3D disciplines. Morgan has a great work ethic and puts many hours behind the bow, working on his form and shot process. Rend Lake College is thrilled to have Morgan on the team.”
Personal Coach Dave Marshall of S&D Archery said Pearce is a top competitor who will continue to do great things.
“Morgan has what it takes to become a National Champion,” Marshall said.
