Village of Minooka Village Board met July 18.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

Village President, Ric Offerman, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Trustees present: Gabriela Martinez, Barry Thompson, Ray Mason, Terry Houchens, Dennis Martin and Robin White. Also present: Dan Duffy-Village Administrator, Ryan Anderson-Superintendent of Public Works, Village Finance Director-Austin Haacke, Village Clerk-Orsola Evola.

Review of the Village Board meeting minutes from June 27, 2023

Trustee Houchens moved, Trustee White seconded the motion to approve the minutes as presented

Resolution Authorizing Village Staff for Heartland Credit Card Program

Trustee Martinez moved, Trustee Thompson moved to Approve Resolution 2023R-3539 Authorizing Village Staff for Heartland Credit Card Program

Trustee Martin mentioned this allows Village Staff to have a credit card and we had to add new staff like Austin Haacke, Village Treasurer to the Resolution to authorize it. Austin is authorized to make changes to the account as well as Village Treasurer.

As Appropriate- Dan Duffy mentioned they will be headshots after the meeting today for the Front Entrance. He also mentioned to please let the Clerk know if you want to attend IML this year.
