Regular Board Meeting called to order at 6:30 P.M. Present: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Norris, and Osborn. Absent: Lamke.
Daryl Kiselewski Ag Teacher gave annual report.
Motion by Fassett, Seconded by Kash to approve the Consent Agenda including extra bills of $319. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Klingler to purchase SOD from St. Louis SOD Co and install, for the amount $11,500. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.
Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Fassett to approve the resignation of Hannah Heitmeyer Grade School Junior High Math Teacher. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None. Motion Carried.

Motion by Anderson, Seconded by Osborn to approve HVAC and Window Replacement at Grade School for $101,575, with no contractor to exceed $25,000. Contractors: Bevis Construction, Holloway Heating and Air Conditioning, KT Electric, Mt. Vernon Glass Co. and A&K Construction. Yea: Anderson, Fassett, Kash, Klingler, Norris, and Osborn. Nay: None.
