I make a motion that student number #262300, and their suspension from school on 12/15/2023 through 1/5/2024 be upheld as administered and the student be expelled from Mt. Vernon Township High School for the remainder of 2023-2024 school year and through the 1st semester of the 2024-2025 school year. The student may return to Mt. Vernon Township High School in January of 2025. This motion, made by Bill Schulte and seconded by Terry Milt, Passed.
