A special board meeting was held on December 19, 2023 at Woodlawn Grade School. The meeting was called to order by Jeff Burkett at 4:00 pm. Roll Call was taken with the above members present. Also Present: Eric Helbig, Steve Danner
Visitor Communication: None
A motion was made by Josh Trout and seconded by Kyle Ritchey to approve the resolution authorizing depositories. All members present voted yes by a roll call vote. Motion carried.
A motion was made by Jacob Frick and seconded by Chad Phelps to adjourn at 4:21 p.m. Members voted: Kyle Ritchey, yes; Jacob Frick, yes; Josh Trout, yes; Chad Phelps, yes; Jeff Burkett, yes; Motion carried
