5. Action as a result of closed session

Motion that student number #255510, and their suspension from school on 3/21/2024 through 4/2/2024 be upheld as administered and the student be expelled from Mt. Vernon Township High School for the remainder of 2023-2024 school year and through the 2024-2025 school year. Student #255510's expulsion will be held in abeyance pending completion of all requirements at the ROE#13 Safe School Program provided requirements are met he will be able to participate in the commencement program.
