Special Board of Education Meeting
Board President Jenny Sneed call the Special Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Upon roll call the following members were present: Crystal Marlow, Jessica Case, Doug Shafer, Katelyn Lewis, and Angela Schrum. Superintendent Adam Cross was present also.
Motion: Lewis-"to go to executive session at 4:31 p.m. to consider information regarding selection of a person to fill vacancy in public office."
Second: Schrum
Action: All Yeas: MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Case-"to come out of executive session at 5:01 p.m.
Second: Lewis
Action: All Yeas: MOTION CARRIED.
Motion: Lewis-"to appoint Steve Tate to fill vacant position."
Second: Schrum
Action: Roll Call Vote: Yeas: Marlow, Case. Lewis, Schrum, Shafer, and Sneed. MOTOIN CARRIED
Motion: Shafer-"to adjourn at 5:02 p.m."
Second: Lewis
Action: Voice Vote: All Yeas: MOTION CARRIED.
