The certification test is conducted online using your own computer or tablet, this allows for you, the student to obtain test results immediately upon completion of the test. Must have basic knowledge and computer skills, such as setting up user accounts, logging into websites, using basic computer navigation of mouse (external or mouse pad). Safe Food 101 does not provide a computer, you must provide your own.
ServSafe 7th Edition textbook highly recommended but not required.
8 Hour - 1 Day Class
8:00 am - 4:30 pm with exam following
Classroom Instruction / Online Testing
Cost includes the online exam and handouts.
