There were 121 Hispanic students enrolled in Jefferson County school districts in the 2021-22 school year, according to the Illinois State Board of Education report.

Data showed that Hispanic students made up 2.2% of the 5,488 students in Jefferson County during the 2021-22 school year. They were the second least represented ethnicity.

Among the 14 districts in Jefferson County, Mount Vernon School District 80 recorded the highest enrollment of Hispanic students in the 2021-22 school year, with a total of 70 students.
